PNND
members are welcome to form country groups, in consultation with the
PNND coordinators,
consisting of members of their national assembly from different
political parties.
PNND
National Sections facilitate dialogue about, and engagement in, nuclear
disarmament issues, and can decide to focus on certain areas relevant
to their country.
PNND
National Sections maintain a non-partisan approach and thus do not
adopt policy or promote parliamentary resolutions or legislation that
would not be supported across the political spectrum. However, PNND
National Sections are encouraged to provide a forum for sharing
information and a range of perspectives with parliamentarians about
nuclear weapons issues, practices, related legislation and disarmament
initiatives. This could include initiatives arising from individual
parliamentarians, parliamentary caucuses or other parliamentary groups.
