Our planet is in danger. Thousands of nuclear weapons are pointed at the world's major cities, ready to be launched in minutes. The continued existence of over 25,000 nuclear weapons present an unacceptable risk to humanity.

But there’s something we can do about it. The Global Security Institute (GSI) is working with governments, NGOs, the United Nations, committed celebrities and parliamentarians the world over to advance the goal of a nuclear weapons-free world. Join GSI at the United Nations* for a week of special events to hear what can be done.
